If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, you may request a ticket exchange.

ADVANCE EXCHANGE - $8.50 PER TICKET

Requests made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance are considered an Advance Exchange and will incur an $8.50 exchange fee per ticket.

SAME DAY EXCHANGE - $20.00 PER TICKET

Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled performance (up to the start time) are considered a Same Day Exchange and will incur a $20.00 exchange fee per ticket.

Ticket exchanges cannot be processed after the performance has started.

​

All exchanges are subject to availability and may include a price difference based on the new performance date and/or seat location.

​

If you do not have a specific date in mind, please type "HOLD"  into the date box and your tickets will be held for up to 6 months from the original performance date.

Exchanged tickets will be delivered electronically via email within one business day. Additional restrictions may apply. Please contact the Box Office for more information.
