Can I choose my specific seats?

Accepted Answer

No. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not assigned. If you're traveling with others, we recommend boarding together to ensure you're seated side by side.

How much are tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are $110.00 per passenger, plus 7% sales tax and a 2.5% service fee. Your fare includes one complimentary glass of champagne (for guests 21+), a curated confection, and your seat aboard the Moonlight Express.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.If you are unable to attend your scheduled departure, you may request a boarding pass exchange.​ADVANCE EXCHANGE - $8.50 Per Boarding PassRequests made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure are considered an Advance Exchange and will incur an $8.50 exchange fee per boarding pass.​​SAME DAY EXCHANGE - $20.00 Per Boarding PassRequests made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure (up to the departure starting time) are considered a Same Day Exchange and will incur a $20.00 exchange fee per boarding pass.​Boarding Pass exchanges cannot be processed after the performance has started.​All exchanges are subject to availability and may include a price difference based on the new performance date and/or seat location.​If you do not have a specific date in mind, tickets may be placed on HOLD  for up to 6 months from the original performance date.​Exchanged boarding passes will be delivered electronically via email within one business day. Additional restrictions may apply. Where are my tickets?

You will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tickets. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please double check your spam folder.

What if I didn’t receive an Email confirmation?

Accepted Answer

Please check your spam folder first. If you still didn’t receive an email confirmation/receipt, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@moonlightexpress.com or 1-866-ZUBRICK.

Do you offer group discounts?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to the limited seating capacity of each journey, group discounts are not currently offered. For private journeys, please email: boxoffice@moonlightexpress.com for more information.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Gift Certificates are available. You will receive your Gift Certificates electronically via email within 24-hours of purchase, or if you wish, special arrangements can be made to pick them up at the Box Office during business hours. Please note: Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of issue.

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

The Zubrick Magic Theatre has a dedicated parking lot located behind the theatre on Arlington Ave. Please park in the paved lot with signs indicating "Zubrick Magic Theatre Parking." You're welcome to park here free of charge. Our dedicated parking lot is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lot becomes full, you will be responsible for locating your own parking.  The theatre is conveniently located within walking distance of many area restaurants, local residences, and hotel/Airbnb accommodations.  Street and metered parking is widely available downtown.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to begin your journey. This allows time to receive your complimentary glass of champagne and curated confection before gathering with your fellow passengers at the Zubrick Station on Platform #4. Please note: this is an intimate experience with a limited number of passengers, late arrivals cannot be accommodated once boarding has commenced.

Do you have a dress code?

While there is no formal dress code, passengers are encouraged to embrace smart casual attire. Think polished, comfortable, and dressed for an unforgettable evening aboard the Moonlight Express.

What is the age requirement?

Accepted Answer

The Moonlight Express is an adults only experience for passengers 18 and older. A valid government issued photo ID may be required for entry. Complimentary champagne and any other alcoholic beverages are available exclusively to passengers 21 and older.

The performance has a running time of approximately 70 minutes without an intermission.

Who is the magician and does the performance change?

The identity of your magician is cloaked in mystery, adding to the atmosphere and intrigue of the journey. Each performance features an intimate selection of close-up magic, sleight-of-hand, and extraordinary mysteries. While the experience remains true to the spirit of the Moonlight Express, the passengers change, ensuring no two journeys are exactly alike.

Do you serve refreshments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Arrive early and enjoy a selection of refreshments before your journey, from freshly buttered popcorn and confections to chilled soft drinks, beer, wine, and other adult beverages. Alcoholic beverages are available to guests 21 and older.Outside food and beverages are not permitted aboard the Moonlight Express.

Are service animals allowed?

Service animals are welcome aboard the Moonlight Express and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you plan to travel with a service animal, please notify our Box Office at least 24 hours before your performance so we can arrange the most suitable seating for your journey.

Any trigger advisories I should be aware of?

Accepted Answer

The performance may include the use of theatrical fog/haze, strobe lights, and loud noises. If you are sensitive to these effects or have a history of medical conditions such as photosensitive epilepsy, asthma, or hearing impairments that may be adversely affected by these elements, we recommend exercising caution or reconsidering attendance. The safety and comfort of our passengers is important to us, and we are happy to provide additional information or assistance upon request.

What happens if I lost an item aboard the Moonlight Express?

The Zubrick Magic Theatre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or recovered personal items. Before leaving the theatre, please check around your seat for any personal belongings. Unattended items found at the theatre will be held for 10-days before being donated or disposed of.

Weapons of any kind, including firearms, pocket/utility knives or cutting instruments. Video cameras (unless authorized).Professional photography and/or camera equipment (unless authorized).Tripods or monopods.Any type of portable chair, seat, or seat cushions other than those approved for persons with accessibility needs.Food or beverages, unless purchased at the Zubrick Magic Theatre.Coolers or containers, including cans and bottles.Illegal drugs or substances.Animals, other than service dogs.Strollers or baby seats.Fireworks, pyrotechnics, flares or incendiary devices.Laser pointers.Segways, skateboards or similar items.Noisemakers, bullhorns, air horns, etc.Helium balloons, beach balls or similar items.*This list is not all-inclusive and may be changed at any time without notice.
